We are seeking an Acquisition Specialist to focus on new customer outreach while delivering a high level of service throughout the sales process. This is a hybrid service and sales role where education, relationship-building, and results go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective and existing customers through calls, emails, and follow-up conversations
- Respond to inquiries and provide prompt, professional service throughout the sales process
- Conduct coverage conversations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Manage new business opportunities from initial contact through policy issuance
- Support policy changes, renewals, and account questions as relationships develop
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity in agency systems
- Collaborate with team members to support acquisition and growth goals
- Operate in compliance with all office procedures and regulatory guidelines
What You Bring
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A service-oriented mindset with confidence in discussing products and coverage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort initiating conversations and building relationships with new customers
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (full support provided)
