"We've been very happy with our switch to State Farm. After previously having USAA for our home and auto insurance, I recently realized the benefit of having a local agent. When a stray rock cracked the windshield on my brand new car, Fran and Nick were great at answering the phone and connecting me to a local vendor to have it repaired quickly. It was so nice to not have to go through a long automated menu or just use an app, and instead speak to someone when you called a number. My windshield was replaced in no time and completely covered with our auto policy. Such a relief!"
