What You’ll Do
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and assist with marketing initiatives
  • Support customer service functions by responding to inquiries and processing requests
  • Learn how to present insurance options to meet customer needs
  • Gain insight into daily agency operations and team collaboration
  • Participate in goal-setting, performance tracking, and client retention activities
