What You’ll Do Day to Day
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers with questions across multiple product lines
- Review accounts to ensure coverage is aligned as customers’ needs change
- Identify gaps or opportunities where additional protection may be beneficial
- Support policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and claims follow-up
- Document activity accurately to ensure continuity and compliance
- Participate in office initiatives that improve customer experience and retention
What You Bring to the Team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Curiosity and willingness to learn multiple insurance products
- Organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfort managing multiple types of customer requests in a fast-paced environment
- Previous insurance, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain with agency support)
